After several years in the multifamily home business we became very familiar with the neighborhoods around our properties. We learned the desirability of certain locations, and understood why some homes are more attractive than others. Landmark had also developed a unique skill in going above and beyond to satisfy our clients. Thus we decided to broaden our operations into the development side of residential uses, and increase our base of satisfied home dwellers.
