We have custom software via the internet that allows you to interact, and involves you in every step of the building process if you wish to do so. The building process starts with a simple meeting where we discuss your vision of a new home, for your family. After we determine the location, style and size of the home Landmark can begin to formulate an estimate for the project. After the estimate, we may proceed with one of our talented licensed architects in creating plans for your home that are unique to your lifestyle. You may already have plans made that you would like us to build. Landmark can formulate an estimate off your existing plans as well. Once the final plans are developed, the interior specifications are complete, and the final price determined; we will enter into an agreement and begin building your custom home. We are one of the few builders that work off of a guaranteed price. Landmark realizes that changes can occur during the construction process, as such, we have procedures in place to facilitate those changes or additions to your custom home plans.
Acquiring the land for your home
	Landmark Custom Builders is very flexible to suit your needs. We can help you locate and acquire land in the neighborhood you desire, or you can choose from several locations we currently own that are ready to build. Perhaps, you already like your current home location and would like to construct a new home where your existing home is located, LCB can do that as well. Designing your Dream home
The Landmark design group led by a licensed architect is here to assure your needs are met with the utmost care throughout your homes development.
